Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@peptida.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

We will reply with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs (or offer an alternative resolution).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are not refundable (unless the product was faulty or incorrect)

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us ASAP. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
